How can I purchase a gift voucher?

Can you deliver gift vouchers?
- Yes, we can courier delivery gift vouchers across the UAE for a small fee of 25dhs. The recipent’s & sender’s name, plus short message can be handwritten and will be delivered in a beautiful gift envelope tied with ribbon. Alternatively we can email the voucher at no extra charge.
Do you have online gift vouchers?
- To purchase a gift voucher online, please click here and complete the order form. Once we receive your form you will receive a payment link the same day (between 10am and 5pm). We will then arrange for a gift voucher to be delivered or an voucher code emailed to the recipient.
Can I redeem the gift voucher in your boutiques?
- Yes, the gift voucher can be redeemed in our both Town Centre Jumeirah Mall, Dubai and Abu Dhabi Mall boutiques.
Can I redeem a gift voucher or voucher code online.
- To redeem a voucher without visiting one of our boutiques please contact [email protected], with details of the items you wish to purchase. We will then assist you in using the voucher online.
How long are gift vouchers valid for?
- The credit on a gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I exchange my gift voucher for cash?
- The gift voucher cannot be exchanged in full or part for cash. Any returns made for items purchased with a gift voucher will receive a store credit.
