General Information
- Who we are. TKD Lingerie is the online entity of Medmode FZCO. Medmode FZCO is registered in the JAFZA Freezone, under trade license number 148564. The following terms and conditions will apply between you and Medmode FZCO when you buy from TKD Lingerie.
- How to contact us. You can email our team on [email protected]. Our customer service team is available 8am to 5pm, UAE time Sunday to Thursday.
- By using or buying from TKD Lingerie you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and are bound by them. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use or access the site.
- The details and terms set out in the FAQ, Return Policy, Shipping terms and all other information pages are deemed to be part of these terms and conditions and are binding.
- Each provision of these terms and conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if, for any reason, one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.
- Unless you have a previous written agreement with TKD Lingerie, all items sold are for personal use only and not for resale. As items are sold for domestic use only, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site or for any products or services purchased from TKD Lingerie.
- You must be eighteen years old or older to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this site with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use this site.
- You agree that all details provided by you for the purpose of ordering or purchasing items are your own and are accurate, current and complete in all respects, and that the credit or debit card or PayPal account you are using is your own and holds sufficient funds to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
- During registration you must choose a username and password. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and must only purchase from TKD Lingerie under your own username and password. Please keep your password safe and do not disclose it to anyone. If you think someone else might know it, change it. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit anyone to use your username or password. If any of your details change, please let us know as soon as possible.
- Email is the primary form of communication between you and TKD Lingerie. We will never ask you to divulge financial information or your account password through email.
- You should not send any information or material you consider confidential or proprietary through this site. Any information sent to TKD Lingerie at, or through, this site is deemed non-confidential, and you grant TKD Lingerie an unrestricted, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute it. TKD Lingerie is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques you send us for any purpose. Financial or personal information provided for purchase or registration remains confidential and will not be reproduced unless required by a court of law.
- TKD Lingerie reserves the right to end our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice if: you fail to make payment when due; you breach any of our terms and conditions; you fail, when requested, to provide enough information within a reasonable time to let us verify the accuracy of information supplied or your identity; or we suspect you have engaged, are about to engage, or are otherwise involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on TKD Lingerie. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you engaged in prohibited activity or were not respectful of other users, we may deny you access to this site or our social media channels, temporarily or permanently, and any such decision is final.
- If you break these conditions, or any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website, you will be responsible for the costs and expenses we, our employees, directors or suppliers incur as a result, including reasonable legal fees where applicable. You remain liable if someone else uses your account or personal information unless you can prove such use was fraudulent.
Ordering & Delivery
Ordering
- When placing an order, you agree that all information given is accurate and complete.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any point and issue a refund.
- Availability is listed on each product page. In the rare event a product is out of stock, we will contact you to offer alternative options or a refund.
- All prices are correct at the time of entry; however, we reserve the right to change the price of any product at any time.
- No contract for the sale of any product exists between you and TKD Lingerie until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you, which we will confirm by email.
- This confirmation email is sent to the address given on your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost and usual delivery times. If you have provided incorrect details, we are not responsible for delivery problems, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Please check all details on the confirmation email and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.
- If your order is not accepted, we will email you the reason.
- Discount vouchers, codes and offers cannot be used on sale products.
Delivery Terms
- Delivery times are indicative and given on a best-effort basis. We accept no liability for delays. International delivery times, where applicable, are indicative only.
- For international deliveries, you are responsible for any import and customs charges. Items delivered internationally may be subject to cross-border and customs inspections.
- Click & Collect: you can collect from the TKD Lingerie shop chosen during checkout at any time during that shop’s opening hours, listed on our website.
- If you do not collect a Click & Collect order within 10 days of our notification email, we will courier it to your registered billing address and charge a delivery cost. If, despite reasonable efforts, we’re unable to arrange delivery, we may end the contract.
- Credit card payments are subject to authorisation and validation checks by your bank or card issuer. If your issuer refuses authorisation, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery, though we will contact you on a best-effort basis with an alternative.
- Please keep your card information secure and follow our payment gateway steps carefully. TKD Lingerie is not responsible for misuse of card information where appropriate precautions were not taken. We do not store your card information, nor do we have access to it.
Boost Loyalty Rewards
General
- Boost is free to join.
- Once enrolled, we award one point per qualifying item purchased and kept within 12 months of your first qualifying purchase. Once a points threshold is reached, we’ll send an email notification within 15 days, provided no items are returned.
- You have 12 months from the date of joining to reach a points threshold. Unused points expire at the end of that period and your balance resets to zero. Returns are deducted from your points balance.
- Once unlocked, the relevant points are deducted from your Boost total. There is no limit to the points or vouchers you can earn.
- Only items purchased in AED qualify for points.
- We intend to run Boost for the foreseeable future but reserve the right to suspend, postpone or end the scheme at any time, with no compensation due to members. We’ll aim to give one month’s notice where possible.
- All scheme communications are sent by email and/or WhatsApp. Enrolling requires an email address, and enrolling also opts you in to our email communications. Unsubscribing from TKD Lingerie emails automatically unsubscribes you from Boost. Your email is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not passed to third parties.
- We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw membership, and to close the scheme to new members at any time.
- Boost is not open to TKD Lingerie employees who purchase qualifying items.
- We may change these terms at any time. Current terms are always shown on this page, and continued enrolment means you accept any changes.
- You may leave the scheme at any time by emailing [email protected]. Leaving forfeits all collected points.
Collecting Points
- One point is awarded for every AED 15 spent on qualifying items purchased and kept after joining.
- Qualifying items: bras, sports bras, sleep bras, swimsuits, bikinis, tankinis, vest tops with built-in bras, and cup-sized nightwear. Briefs, thongs, shorts, beachwear, shapewear, non-cup-sized nightwear, accessories and leggings are excluded.
- Any qualifying item returned for a refund will have its points deducted from your total.
- Points can only be collected on purchases made on your own customer account.
- Items purchased through any channel — in shop, online or via live chat — qualify for points.
- You can earn additional points from time to time; check our Boost rewards page for current opportunities. Donating gently used bras earns points per act of donation (not per item), capped at 30 points per customer in a 12-month period. Verified product reviews also earn points where the item was purchased online, in-store or via live chat within the 12-month countdown.
- Points have no cash value and expire if the reward threshold isn’t reached within the 12-month countdown, if the scheme ends, or if you close your membership.
- The 12-month countdown starts on your join date — for example, points from a member joining 15 October 2023 expire 14 October 2024.
- Points are personal and cannot be transferred to another account.
- We may withdraw points awarded to a member who incurs debts with TKD Lingerie.
Voucher Redemption
- Once a threshold is reached, we’ll email you within 15 days provided no items are returned. You can then unlock the reward and have 6 months from unlocking to redeem it.
- Rewards can be redeemed in-store, online, via live chat, or by email through customer services.
- If you need to return an item purchased with a Boost reward, we will, at your request, exchange it for an alternative — you’ll pay any price difference where applicable, and courier return charges apply if returned by courier. Standard returns and exchange terms otherwise apply.
- Boost rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and expire 6 months from the date of unlocking, as detailed in the reward email.
- The full reward value must be used at the time of redemption, and only one voucher can be redeemed per transaction.
- Rewards can only be redeemed on full-priced bras, swimsuits, bikinis, tankinis, sports bras and cup-sized nightwear.
- Standard postage and packing charges apply to reward orders placed in-store, online or via live chat.
How to Redeem Your Boost Reward
- In store: find your nearest shop on our website and show your reward code to a team member at the till.
- Online or via live chat: email [email protected] or chat with us, and let us know the item, size and colour, your reward code, and your delivery address. Please include a contact number in case we need to reach you.
Promotions & Offers
General Terms
- We may offer promotions, offers and/or promotion codes on products and services from time to time.
- Online: enter your code at checkout and click Apply. Providing your order meets the promotion requirements, the discount will apply.
- In store: share your code with the sales assistant at checkout. Providing your purchase meets the promotion requirements, the discount will apply.
- Promotion codes and offers cannot be used against gift card orders.
- Promotion codes and offers are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
- Only one promotion code or offer may be used per order.
- If part of an order is returned, the value of any discount given will be deducted from the refund if the remaining order no longer meets the original promotion requirements.
- Sale and promotion exclusions include: Maison Lejaby, Accessories, Desert Totes, Beachwear, Beach Hats, Footwear, Sahara and Jessica Lily.
- For bundle offers, all items in the bundle must be returned together for a refund or exchange.
TKD Lingerie 14th Birthday Weekend
- 20% off selected full-priced lingerie, swimwear, nightwear and sportswear, valid 24–27 April 2026.
- Excludes already-discounted items and the brands Jessica Lily, Maison Lejaby, Heist, Royal Lounge, Secret Weapons and Talaa. Not valid with other promotions, discount codes or loyalty points.
- One scratch card per customer regardless of number of transactions; gifts distributed at random while stocks last. Physical gifts had to be collected in-store at Abu Dhabi Mall or Town Centre Jumeirah by 30 May 2026; digital gifts/vouchers shared via WhatsApp or email. Gifts cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash, and TKD Lingerie may substitute unavailable gifts.
- Items purchased during the event were not eligible for return; exchanges were allowed within 14 days for unworn, tagged items, subject to stock.
- Scratch cards required a minimum spend of AED 350 during the event dates, in-store or online.
Luggage Tag Giveaway
- A complimentary luggage tag with any full-priced swimwear purchase, in-store at Town Centre Jumeirah Dubai or Abu Dhabi Mall, or online.
- Valid from 15 May 2026 until 30 June 2026, or while stocks last (up to 50 tags distributed across all locations and online), whichever came first. Limit of one tag per customer per transaction.
- Applies to full-priced swimwear only — sale, discounted and non-swimwear purchases are not eligible.
- The tag has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. If the swimwear purchase is returned or exchanged, the tag must be returned in its original condition.
- TKD Lingerie reserves the right to amend, suspend or end the promotion at any time without notice.
3 for 2 — June 2026
- Valid 8–28 June 2026, in-store at Town Centre Jumeirah and Abu Dhabi Mall, and online. On three eligible full-price items in one transaction, the lowest-priced item is free.
- Eligible categories: core, fashion and luxury lingerie; core and fashion swimwear; core and fashion sports bras; maternity; Miraclesuit shapewear; nightwear including TKD robes; and strapless styles. All items must be full price.
- Excluded: Melanie Gissing Designs Beachwear, Beach Hats, Footwear, Accessories, Silk Philosophy, Maison Lejaby, Sahara, Heist, Royal Lounge, Jessica Lily and Bags.
- Special orders required full payment on the day of ordering to qualify.
- Exchanges: all three items from the original transaction must be returned together; the sale is refunded and reprocessed, with any price difference on the new items payable by the customer.
- Returns without exchange: all three items must be returned together. Keeping one or more items means the sale is reprocessed without the offer, at full price for items kept.
- After 28 June 2026, any exchange or return still requires all three original items to be returned together and reprocessed at full price, without the promotion.
- Not combinable with any other promotion, discount, voucher or offer unless stated otherwise. Subject to stock availability.
August Sports Promotion
- AED 50 off full-priced sports bras with code SPORT50 at checkout, or by mentioning it in-boutique.
- Excludes sale, clearance and already-discounted items. Valid in-boutique and online.
- Free shipping applies automatically to orders over AED 350, calculated after the SPORT50 discount.
- One code per order; cannot be combined with other codes, promotions or points. No cash value.
- Valid 1–31 August 2026, while stocks last.
- Standard Returns & Exchange Policy applies to any return or exchange.
Level Up Women Exclusive Sports Bra Offer
- Exclusive to Level Up Women members: AED 100 off any full-priced sports bra, limited to the first 50 successful purchases.
