1
Back of the bra is riding up
Usually means the band is too loose and the weight of your breasts is causing the back of the bra to ride up
We would recommend a smaller back size
2
Front of the bra is lifted off
your chest
It is likely the cup is too small and your breasts are pushing the wire out
We would recommend a larger cup size
3
Underwire digs in
If the underwire digs in or pinches the breast tissue, this is a sign the cup is too small
We would recommend a larger cup size
4
Shoulder straps dig in
If the underband is too big and not giving you enough support, the weight of your breasts pull the bra down causing the shoulder straps to dig in
We would recommend a smaller back size
5
Bulging out of the cup
This happens when the bust is not fully encased in the cup and the breast tissue spills out of the front and/or under the arm
We would recommend a larger cup size
6
Gaping and Wrinkling of the Cup
This occurs due to excess fabric if the cup size is too big
We would recommend a smaller back size
7
Bra Moving when Arms are Raised
If your breasts spill out of the cup when you raise your arms it could be that your underband size is too big and/or your cup size is too small
We would recommend trying a smaller back size first and then if needed, go up a cup size

Different Sized Breasts
Many women have one breast slightly bigger than the other
Always fit the larger breast and tighten the strap for the other
Look for styles that have some stretch in the top of the cup
You can also try light padding on the smaller side if the size difference is noticeable under clothing
